I wanted to prove that Necro is fixed vs a player that is normaly better then me - i still believe Necro has too many advantages but maybe now it's playable. Thanks for the game - there was a good possitioning battle where we both tried to get the upper hand (turn 20-ish) and i had more luck there - the rest of the game was finishing off but i'm glad i got to test some stuff.

Did you play with v1.2 or v1.18? Did you check the videos up to turn 15 of my tournament game xlnt? For me Necro is still broken, I can never replicate what I do with Necro with other races. The only limit (which is still quite an important limit, I agree), is that after some time, there is nothing left to ghoul and clear and you start to slow down and maybe go into reverse. I'll upload the rest as soon as I can but it takes time...

PS: I'm sorry for the bad sound, I bought a new microphone and I'll pay more attention to the sound from the game (it had been a long time I didn't record so kind of forgot it at the beginning).

Marcus - i mean Vanilla Necro is OP. So absurdly OP that we did all those changes and now it seems ok. I may manage a win vs a good player here and there with my Necro - but it's a normal game and not a blowout.

If i play Vanilla Necro and i'm allowed to take Dungeons and Sphynx Temples with weak army on turn1 - then noone can beat me (: And i trivialized the game back then. Getting skeletons from turn1 (2 per fight), having early ghoul strike - it was crazy! Now i can play Necro and feel ok with myself (:

If I may comment on another match, I believe I would beat Xlnt 9/10 with my dwarf Theo, when he play Necro. No matter how over powered Necro is. The problem for me was that he took an alternative route with his main army, and my army was stuck in no man land. So it means I lost all my cities, while he had a chance to take all mine. Now I have taken most of his, but since he took mine first, I cant absorb his cities, just wait 11 turns for me to purify them, this is the biggest advantage of Necro, that of it was vice versa, he would be able to ghoul my cities and game would be balanced again.

We had around 3-4 games with Ezekiel and yes - i believe he's the better player but i also believe that if i used necro vs him in any game i would have destroyed him or anyone else as i played necro to extremes before the patch. Now i managed to beat him but the game was interesting and he had a chance - it was not a blow out.

So i wanted to say that i now find in moraly appropriate to play necro vs other humans (: I never played necro vs others except in one free for all game where i lost at turn5. I hated how strong necro was - it was absurd, the balance is now restored imo.

Same goes with my other game vs Marcus.
