So the decision we reached is that, as is usually the case in these situations, Tussel receives 1 warning for reload without appropriate proof (since unfortunately it is complicated to prove a blue screen happened during AoW3 and furthermore, we did not have a photo or something of the blue screen). You can continue.
Further, I am going to update the rule 4/ to clarify it (part in bold): "4. In the event of a crash (from your PC or from AoW), reloads are allowed BUT the player who crashed needs to take appropriate screenshots, pictures or videos (with a mobile phone for instance) and sends them to the judges. The player who crashed must not re-enter the game after the crash, he must wait for feedback from the judges allowing the game to continue. The turn timer must be turned off by the host while waiting for judges' feedback (see rule 8). Reloads should be counted by all players and reported to the judges. If no proof of a justified crash or in case of repeated reloading (during one match or during the tournament as a whole), the judges have full power to disqualify the player." I'll announce that later in the PBEM Tournament Player Pool.
we're doing a nice session and there is nothing negative in our game and all is fine. As i have stated before, winning doesn't matter - playing with a good opponent is way more important (:
we were very close with each other's armies and both of us were able to make a final battle but instead we decided to go for each other's towns. i believe Tussell can migrate for 2 turns, so maybe i will be sorry about this but we'll see. I had 2 shrines and heretic and he had bad moral but i had 3-4 units less ): so i decided to do a quest and not attack and he decided the same it seems - hehe
i'm playing some un-fairly strong combo and Tussell did a very nice racial cavalry with warlord, so loooots of mammoth riders!!

Also, we're going to clarify the rules to include in the rules what we have been asking to everyone since tournaments started: wait and do not play one's turn after a crash (my mistake that it was not said clearly in the rules up to now).
I went and played my turn after so it is now xlnt's turn. I was not running in debug mode and I doubt it would have made a difference as it was a computer crash due to hardware error rather than an AoW3 related crash.
Ok, yes please send us the crash dump and .log file from AoW3 (I understand you were running in debug mode?). If blue screens or similar happen in the future, please take a photo with your smartphone.
Do you confirm you have not yet finished playing your turn?
I can't provide a screenshot of a blue screen because it's a blue screen, I can upload the crash dump if you really want proof that badly. We are on turn 37 and are in striking distance of each other with our main stacks in the middle of the map.
Ok, please remove turn timer and do not play your turns as judges discuss this.
Tussel, do you have any proof of the crash that you can send to judges? @both: could you please also update the judges by PM about the current situation in the game (turn, what your armies are doing)?
We consider the screenshot provided as an appropriate proof of the crash, thus xlnt receives a warning for reload with adequate proof. You can continue.
my game crashed - this is my 1st ever AoW3 crash.. i made a screenshot and i'm still having my PC the way it is at the moment of the issue, so please tell me what to do.

Hello Tussel! Your opponent is not yet 100% confirmed so you may want to change your class/race after he is confirmed. Also, the pictures you posted are for some reasons very low resolution so difficult to read, next time, could you please check how to make them better resolution? I spotted at least these few issues: - Map type: should be Continent and not Land
EDIT: I solved the blurry issue, that's because I had simgbb.com and ibb.com's javascript blocked and these sites' javascript is necessary to refine the images (you can host the screenshots directly on the BF with the tool at the bottom when you post a message)
