Badly played game with lots of early loses and a terrible map - managed to get a town going and just finished t3 research and novograd showed up with some army. We did the usual capitols exchange, my heroes being under leveled and raise ruins not researched, neither was scorched earth...

so i did some turns moving around the map getting ghouls until finally engaged and killed. Sorry for the terrible game ):
