If you watch my videos, you'll hear it from me directly but the two mistakes I think you made were: 1/ not to take my Throne: I had to disband 1200 (or more I forgot) points from my army after you attacked me in my domain, because I lacked gold. At that stage, you could have taken the Throne and burnt it (I cast Scorched Earth on it), at least by splitting and sending some of your army back to defend against my attack. And 2/ you shouldn't have attacked with Mirtle vs my Stalkers: yes it was a good opportunity to kill me after I lost my AD stupidly, but it was too dangerous and with high chances of dying, which happened.

The main mistake was the first one I think because it would have made things a lot harder for me without the gold and mana income (no way to cast Scorched Earth or to scout with Crows).

mahimka surrendered on turn 38, after I took all his cities and burned them (Scorched Earth) and he lacked mana to sustain his King Reed Serpents. I tried and partly succeeded in a Shadow Stalker rush strategy (got 3 around turn 20). I'll post videos of the match, it was very interesting and I was losing by score for most of it, but managed to pull it off.

I'd be interested to hear mahimka's view on the match, I think there was a big mistake around turn 24, and then again on turn 31 (following a big mistake on my side), which could have changed the result of the match.

Apologies for the delay. Seems my fellow judges are extremely busy and dont have much time to communicate.

The video shared by Mahimka only cover the eventlog of turn 19 (video also cover turn 1-18 in the event log, but only turn 19 is specified by battles/research etc) and during that turn there was no battles lost (only 1 vs Hiliadan) and therefore there is not much to judge on.

I would suggest that both players keep an eye one this and if you see reasons for breaking rule 11 ("Players should not voluntarily exploits bug or weaknesses in the game. Players should report any bug or exploit to judges or on the official forum when they discover them.").

In  previous cases we have agreed that 3 battles at the same site would be OK, more than that would trigger the exploit/weakness of the game mechanics. That would in fact trigger the "3 battles lost in a row" but there is not much we can do in this cases.

After the tournament is over we will probably look to clarify Rule 11 and also create a wider discussion on how many battles at the same site is fair, for now its set to max 3.

Hiliadan sent a PM and mentioned you had 3 losses in a row without loss of leader, hero or mana upkeep.

To avoid cases like previous experienced (8 battles lost at one site to allow for 8x chances of conversion/healing/unfavourable movement by AI etc.) can you please take a screenshot of:

1. your event list, or make a short video (whichever is easier for you) where you show the battles you lost.

2. A screenshot (or a short video) of each of the battles you lost to get the "3 battles lost in a row" morale penalty

Dont pass the turn over to Hiliadan before you get the greenlight from judges as there might be follow up questions etc.

Warning with proof is confirmed. But please record turns in full in future, and if any crashes provide the video as recorded.

Any losses in battles in previous turn should of course be replicated (movementwise) and if different outcome dismiss said units.

Hi! Sorry, AoW3 crashed again on my laptop. It happened during a relatively easy fight vs independents. This time I didn't panic (I was not as tired as last time) and I recorded etc. properly. I sent it to judges, waiting for their feedback.

I hope the rest of the game stays stable on my part, it's quite annoying.

So Hiliadan had a crash after a battle, he recorded the "frozen screen" and also clicking the notification that the game had crashed - which subsequently leading to the game actually closing down. This would have resulted in a "warning with proof" and you could play on.

During the turn he had saved his progress, meaning that only actions taken after the latest saved is "lost".

Sadly Hiliadan then proceeded with entering the turn again and playing the same battle (as in the actions taken after his latest save during the turn) again - which is against the rules (as he is well aware of!) - therefore his warning with proof is downgraded to a warning without proof. 

You can now officially continue the game.

Sorry about that (but it's really not helping me here, you're lucky).

Hiliadan requested an extension due to Mahimkas difficulties to play before Christmas holidays.

Since this is the "semi-final" and you are only delaying 1 game you have an extension to finish the game, but please be considerate and try your best to make multiple turns per day (for example during the weekend) so that Keika dont need to wait longer than needed.

 Is there an timer active? Is there any reason turns will continue to be delayed?
