Hi! So after discussions among judges, the decision was that, because it's the finale and due to current circumstances, the time limit is lifted but a 3 day turn timer should be ON, and whenever possible, a shorter timer, so that this game does not take 3 years to complete.

So @Tussel: please put back the 3 day turn timer. Of course, if someone has some IRL constraints at some point, he can still post here to ask for a temporary lift of the timer.

Hello, 

as I said - I have a lot of things going on at the moment, to the point when I come home just to sleep. So playing throughout the week is extremely difficult for me, that is why I said that 3-day timer doesn't work for me (I am sometimes even forgetting to check my email :/), and if you insist on it - you should re-play the finals with someone more loose on the time schedule...

Please switch off the turn timer, I will try to play my turn today, although can't promise.

Hello, 

I was supposed to play my turn yesterday evening, but didn't had any strength in me to even turn on PC. 
At the moment playing during the week is troublesome for me, I get to do a turn or two during the holidays, so if you insist on doing 3-turn timer, I definitely won't always make it. I tried to warn few times, however this time, I didn't make it.
I believe I should ask judges to replace me from the game (deepest apologies to my teammate Eskild) by some other competitive player.

Hi, I asked news to gab and as he checked, he saw AlX had just skipped his turn. <smiletext6> I'm afraid this time we can't revert as there was no notice from AlX in advance before the turn reached him.

It's sad that a turn is missed but we can't really afford to have this game last 8 months with each turn taking 4 days. <smiletext6>

To plan ahead: could you please post your holidays here? I think Ezekiel will soon be on holidays and unable to play his turns.

It s better to Don't set timer and give warning to player who make a lot of time to play! Because Tussel Don't come here for Watch message and Aix and Ezekiel take many time to play ! So we have again this problem!

Hi! Ezekiel warned he would be away on 20 June and his turn expired on 24 June so it seems he warned before the turn reached him. And it is Tussel's fault if the turn was skipped as he didn't see the message posted here. So we exceptionally allow a revert so that Ezekiel can play his turn. Tussel, could you please revert the turn?

Please keep a turn timer, ideally even tighter than 72 hours (anyway we hope you play much faster than that). But please also send a message through the PBEM lobby (where you can see all your games), because I'm concerned some players receive emails from the BF in their spam folder (I do), so may miss them.

Tussel, please try to check this blog and your emails often enough to avoid this kind of situation.

Guys, please try not to escalate things...
gab did ask me to check your videos DURING the game but as he didn't have any specific doubt or information, I could not really check anything. Based on our previous experience with other matches, we know as judges that watching hours of videos without anything specific to look for is useless.
Recently gab raised that point again and I did check the video of a turn gab was vaguely pointing to. The result is that indeed there was nothing weird. The video is not perfect and I'll notify Jean to make it better next time (record the loading and uploading among other things).

I have asked judges to provide feedback on the current issues. @Jean and @gab: please refrain from posting here, you're free to PM each other, but I'd advise to also avoid that, as I doubt it would be very helpful.

@players of this game: the problem on your game is partially solved (still waiting for the feedback of Fistandantilus), so you can continue.
I'm sorry it took such time and sorry also that we need to go through such messages on the game blog. Hopefully now the finale can move on in a more "adult way". It seems normal to me that finales have more constraints on them in terms of monitoring and judging, but that does not mean it has to go ugly.

I will definitely write here because you mentioned my name (which has no connection to your problem in this particular game) and started to make accusations behind my back (which is extremely unpolite in my opinion). I repeat once again: if you had any doubts about the honesty of our match you could create a topic here/ask to pause the game/send the save to the developers and do any other things which are prescribed by rules. Now, after you did nothing 2 months ago and confirmed the match, it is really ridiculous to raise the question of cheating there. 
I will tell you more: every time I got a new turn I saved the pbem-save in order to be able to send it to the developers if a matter occurs. So I have:
- videos of every turn made
- pbem-saves to prove that I didn't use any cheats or anything in this kind
- screenshots
I really don't like how you try to find cheats in every game you lose.
I have to ask Hiliadan to intervene in this situation because I really don't want to hear any more accusations or even any allusion.

Jean i ask just a video(i have ask this at the moment we play but hilidian Don't do the control!) of our game and in this video no load when you make a video you must start in the menu … I respect you before you say that now i Don't respect you now and i have see how you play this is really poor game. Please Don't write here you are not in this game!
Ok Hilidian i will do this and continue of course of make video of my game without cut with start in menu and finsh in menu <smiletext0>.
And i finish to play the 2 tournament where i am and i stop to play.
All these constraints, cheats and bad players have killed my pleasure to play.

Sorry, Gabriel, but it's a false statement. 
You didn't ask for any videos of my turns during our match and 2 months after. Suddenly you asked for one, I uploaded it and sent it to Hiliadan. On this video I made a difficult fight in a dungeon, then saved and exited to make a 20 minutes pause - some rest - and this is perfectly recorded by the programm and then I loaded the game (which is also recorded), made another fight and finished the turn. So your words "player like jean make video with many cut in all turn without record load and unload" are absolutely unfair and false.
You should really learn how to respect your opponents.

Sory for Don't play, but i wait hilidian say ok for play… I do video of all my turn in on time with load and unload since 2 years. Hilidian want monitor all i do, but player like jean make video with many cut in all turn without record load and unload, so me I have had enough of all these contreats I hope to play with honest players and I think you are both honest.

Please click here to read the rules. In order to avoid advantaging one team or the other, for each match, the team who will host the match was randomly selected. The first team in the "turn order" above (who is also the team on top in the tree here must host the game). Any of the players in the team can host. Tournament Game #30 Round  ! @gabthegab I apologize for that, unfortunately, I don't have as much time lately as before.
At the moment I am already prioritizing the tournament games, very sorry about this, but can't make it faster in general as sometimes I arrive home just to fall onto bed. 
If judges think that my participation is unacceptable - they can always remove me from the game and find a replacement.

@Hilladan, I am waiting on your command, then?
