Hi guys,
in some near (or not so near future) I plan to start a GSG v2.0. Game is ment for dedicated veterans, that are not afraid of ultra hard challenges. Game will heavily focus on the battles against the environment, Research speed and City Growth speed will be reduced substantially (400%, 600%). Ultra hard defenders, tough cosmic happenings, the toughest roaming units, weak starting army. Even staying alive will be hard at first. Clearing sites will take a lot from you, a single gold mine will be guarded by t3 and t2 units, this should push players towards building up empire instead of focusing on the rush alone. (goblins/dwarfes/orcs are not only races we should pick though )
Additionally, as I'm not sure if attrition mod has fixed the Necro bug, necro will be prohibited (I'll kick any offender from the game if he/she does pick necro ).
Taking the experience from the previous game, no Seals or Unifier victory.

@El_lobo, I suspect these sites were guarded, but the global event where all units on the map were zapped for 3 turns just incinerated all guards or in some cases - most of them. Had a case where a single unit was guarding the site.
There are other things I noticed in the global strategy 1.0 match. Are they fixed? Otherwise it's a big advatage to know about that.
Unit human hag is broken and don't uses the ranged attack. Therefore it's really easy to beat them (t3) but if you manage to convert one it's a super strong unit.
Several sites on the water were unguarded. Have had that issue in a game with beta branch and SDNR mod so it seems that is not just a problem with the gloabal strategy-settings.
Must look for my notes about other stuff I noticed...

Okay, I will take part in if there is a free spot.
Regarding the first global strategy I would recommend to ban theocrat, AD and necromancer OR every player plays one of these classes. Attrition and super strong defenders is a cruel set up and the other classes can't compete with the 3 mentioned above.
@DrLight The game was up, but due to the people not filling rooster and starting in 30 days - it was disbanded. I will rehost, once I know we have enough ppl.

Though, as I stated in the earlier discussions - we can change number of layers (though I'd think no less than 4) and add/remove some of the mods you feel are good/worse. In case we add some mods - it'd require someone to test few dozen turns in such setup, to avoid critical errors.

Yes, I did post the game, however only 4 people joined including myself :/ 30 days passed and the game was disbanded before it even began :/
therefore will give it another week, before excluding those that didn't write anything here.
