It looks like I won: Score
@Personian Seriously? Why did you leave your throne empty on previous turn? And why did you put your leader under attack at the current turn, if you knew about mobility of Sorc units? You could win with your score, at least by domain score and maybe military score (didn't think to see at that scores). Very good idea to make my cities as your vassals =) to get additional domain score. You even thought that you was good protected with that vassal)) Though I was hoped to win that fight

Hi! The deadline is in approximately 3 days.
Here is a reminder of the procedure to follow for the score victory. I think personian is the last player in the turn order, right? personian, can you please confirm you've read and understood this?
1/ AFTER the deadline, the strategic turn is played until the last player in the turn order
2/ that player plays his turn, saves & quits, copy the save game to a backup folder
3/ that player re-enters the game and surrenders, then takes screenshots of all the scores (general, domain, research, military, happiness) . He does NOT end the turn. Instead he quits the game without ending the turn.
4/ he sends the screenshots to judges (Marcuspers, Jonny Thunder and me)
5/ judges check the scores and take a decision
Thanks
Hi! Following discussions among judges, you get an extra week to compensate for the delay in judging the issue earlier in your game.
So your deadline is 2020-06-04 3:32 PM GMT+02:00. I'll however report that match at the normal end of round deadline to start round 6.
Hi. We've just started to make repairs in our house. So possibly I can't play my turns for about a week. Sorry for that When the situation will change I'll notify you
Sorry for the delay...
So it's a complicated situation. What should have happened:
1/ personian does the missclick, he then starts recording a video showing the combat and its log, showing clearly the Leader died stupidly. Or at the very least make a screenshot. Then contact judges with the video or screenshot. Then the replayed turn would have to be recorded.
2/ if that does not happen, Skuns see the reload notification and tell judges right away instead of playing his turns. The game is paused and judges take a decision.
So both players are at fault and personian a lot more so of course.
Judges decided that personian receives the equivalent of 2 warnings for reload without appropriate proof: one for reloading due to the missclick without a proof (video, screenshot) and one for not telling the judge. This are serious warnings and they can be considered as a final warning: next time it will be a disqualification. We decided to believe personian regarding the missclick, otherwise it would have been immediate disqualification.
You can continue.
Ok yeah please wait, we are discussing it between judges.
Hi, personian. I'm sorry about your misclick mistake and misunderstanding between us. Only what I can say - I had lost my leader very early in previous tourney games too. Though it was my strategy miscalculation, more serious mistake than a misclick. But still it's the same problem - leader in the void. Anyway I didn't ask about reloading turns and continued to play my turns.
In non-tourney game, I decide by myself what I can agree with. And I don't care about such reload from misclick. But it's a tourney, and there is forbidden to hide something (even such things) from the judges. Because how I can be sure that it won't happen on future, more significant, turns and you'll ask me in private again to forget about reload And for such hiding I could be disqualified only for silence in private (judges here are unpredictable and strict ).
Anyway, regardless of the decision of the judges, I'm ready to continue. I was fighting hard this turns for each small inch of space not for that to give up to you
Just to summarize what's happened, for purposes of clarity:
1. Very early in the game (maybe even Turn 1) I purposely restarted my turn for the misclick reason already mentioned.
2. I emailed Skuns about it, seeing if he was willing to overlook it.
3. Skuns never emailed me back, but instead played his turns.
4. He and I both played a bunch of turns.
5. Skuns stops playing his turns for about a week.
6. I ask about it here.
7. He replies, saying that I shouldn't be allowed to restart my turn.
Fair enough point of view, but I would've appreciated it if he'd emailed me back to begin with and not continued all his turns. The reason I emailed him to begin with is because it was a restart and not allowed in this tournament. I would've been forced to forfeit Turn 1 due to my leader being decimated in Turn 1, which I was willing to do had he wanted it that way. I just don't understand why he played a bunch of turns, disappeared, and then complains about it. Not important; I just don't understand it. I'm also disappointed that he didn't want to talk to me privately, but that's 100% his prerogative and, again, fair enough.
Hi Hiliadan. Yes, as Skuns has said, I sent a private message to him saying that I had restarted a turn. It was very early in the game, and a misclick. I tried to click on an enemy (a wisp) and somehow clicked behind it)--my leader then moved to behind the wisp, taking 3-4 attacks of opportunity. Leader was dead. That would've been the end of the game. I send a private message to Skuns asking him if he'd mind if I did the restart without reporting it, as it was a complete accident, early in the game, & I didn't want to go through all the hoops with the moderators, etc. I'd hoped we'd discuss it privately, but apparently Skuns didn't want to do that.
I don't really care. I'll forfeit. I didn't destroy the spirit of the game here; on the contrary, I had a specific thing happen that was a misclick and had nothing to do with cheating. It's more against the spirit of the game for me to forfeit the match because of a misclick.
But if that's what Skuns wants, I'm happy to forfeit. It's not a big deal to me. i tried to do what made the most sense under the circumstances.
Hi there! personian, do you confirm having sent a message to Skuns saying you had reloaded a turn?
Hi. Sorry for the delay. Thank you for your patience. I found your letter in email box recently. And I was confused by it It was too late to answer you yes or no on your question, because we had played already few turns after your reboot
And I need to notice. If I would use rebooting of turn each time when I make a mistake, I'd not lose so much times But we use Ironman mode to avoid reboots or replays. Of course, you can't avoid replay when you faced PC crash or something else. But it doesn't depend on you, so it allows with a warning in your "tourney case". And if you want replay by your own wish/vision, it's forbidden. That's why we turn on Ironman mode - not to cheat. I'm not insist that your replay is cheating, I'm sure it's not. But it's still forbidden to do such things. So, whatever mistake did you make, explain please, why you had decided to do a thing, which is forbidden for all, but not for you
I honestly don't recall about whether I triggered the cosmic event, to be honest.
Is everything ok? You haven't made a move in days. No worries, just checking in....

Round 5 : 2019 PBEM Duel Tournament #53
In order to avoid advantaging one team or the other, for each match, the team who will host the match was randomly selected.
The first team in the "turn order" above (who is also the team on top in the tree here) must host the game.
Any of the players in the team can host.

Sorry guys, I just seem to be allergic to going through the whole hosting/screenshotting process.. I'll take care of it right now.
