You have built a great army, but for me it is a mystery inside of your economy. You have 3 cities around the starting point (including your capital), but only one of its is your own.
Forest robbers (neutral roamings/bandits) pay extra to you, that you do not attack their spawn sites?
It was good experience for me.

Although I still do not exclude that the Emperor-difficulty also affects the possibility of merging the two groups of neutral roamings into one armyÂ

i like our games - i wonder how you are going to get out of this one - no necromancers for you i hope :S
i have a bandit camp with a tier3 unit in it! so maybe, just maybe - Skuns has a point, i never saw a turn 4-5 bandit camp with a shadow elemental in it before but i only play normal defenders strength and Emperor AIs

I've never tried it, but I've seen on one map the AI-Lord, who was living from the session's start, and AI-emperor, who had remained from the real player. Their aggressiveness was different, according to their level of AI. And it does not depend on the difficulty of the map, otherwise their aggressiveness would be approximately equal.
I believe that the difficulty of the map affects the number of units bandits / roamers, which are born in hostile shelters. And perhaps it influences the periodicity of their occurrence from there. As you know, this number of units shows the power of such troops. Â :'(
The difficulty chosen at the beginning is the difficulty of the AI as far as I know. So if there is no AI, it's irrelevant.

I think that neutral bandits/roamers eat our armies for 10 turns. Â It will be a game of survival, not a struggle between the two teamsÂ
