Dwarf theocrat was also fun to play in this game, would have wished it lasted longer so I was not forced to make what felt as a rush against our opponents, which had clearly bought some vassals?
The seal victory score should have been way higher. 20 charges made way for a lightning strike of our opponents.
I promised some screenshots. I might find more eventually. These are from after the game was decided. Just before Liam (Marcuspers) went for the seals that wasn´t really within my reach - I started UG - far NW corner. All seals were on the surface in the middle of the map, which did pack many walls and lava streams in the UG and water on the surface.
These two are when I got pressed at home meaning I couldn´t support the cunning AlX on the surface, which was doing a great job harassing the opponents without his capitol. I eventually granted him a newfound outpost, but at that point it was too late.
The last screenshots here are from my flying stack of powers point of view. At the moment defeat was realized. Two bone dragons and a large stack holding the 4th seal. Nevertheless we fought to the bitter end. Preparation for seal assault is going on in the latter screenshot.

Tough game!
From turn 2 I found a UG passage and followed it for the next 30 rounds.
In the meantime Evgendil was making his way to Nina's base on the Surface.
We eventually joined our forces, with Evgendil taking the main battles and I took Nina's (AIXStormrage) throne. Then I left 1 stack to defend the city and absorbing it, and then going back to the UG to find Eskild. I brought 3 very strong stacks, but in turn 35 Eskild attacked 2 of my stacks, I placed them stupidly and left myself open for an attack. It was a good battle (24vs11 i think), with many losses on both sides, ending with my leader sent to the void. I tried to run away with my 3rd stack, but Eskild soon caught up with me.
After this battle, and seeing the strength of Eskild, we decided a Seal Victory might be a better option, since I had no plan to go back 20 turns to reach Eskilds base another time. The Seal charges was set to 20, so after capturing 2-3 it took about 9 rounds to get the win. And Eskilds main forces was too far away to interrupt the charges.
In turn 44-45 there was some great battles around the Seal of Luxi Vidara. First Eskild and Storm mount a joint attack on my defenders, then the following turn Evgendil revenge my loss and the game is basically won.
Nina fought heroic to remain in the game after she lost her throne and main forces, which should be applauded!
I think if we didn't take the Seals, this game could easily have lasted over 100 rounds and 6 months of time.

I hope it's not upsetting/troubling you I didn't start from the beginning of the game, I would much rather have all Turns, obviously also nicer for the viewer. Now I had to explain the moves/battles that happened 40 turns ago!

Anyways, let's try to justify our actions with screenshots. If you see the error screen pop-up press PrintScreen button then save or just press F12 if you are Steam user.
I myself am forgetting to do it sometimes, but this is actually a training match with the tournament rules, so the screenshots in case of reload would be a must.
Hilliadan or any other of the Honored judges can review justification and bring out the verdict.
Restarted round
My game crashed in the middle of a fight, when attempting to throw a spell.
Opened game again and got a warning that I try to restart an ironman game, which is not allowed.

I was actually thinking to create a game vs Necros, for players that hate necros, maybe a 3vs3.
I know that Kwibus would take one spot against, and I know a few others that play necros well.
If you want to be a necro, I will keep you in mind.

I'm playing Necro against Eskild in the tournament. I can tell you it's very very OP. I've never been that strong at turn 8.
My personal opinion is that if you play a class well, it might look like you have an advantage. But hey, everyone of us is probably better at one class. That's why I want to know why people think Necomancer is so good. I've played them and they are impressive, but they also end up bleeding (sorry if you havent seen superman vs batman). My point is that they are good but not unbeatable. Especially in a team match with a good partner Â
neither do we plan on playing as necro, but that wasn't the reason why I didn't want to play with the balance mode. I believe that even though necro was attempted to balance, other classes were not (sorry, my honest opinion). therefore I better play non-balanced mode, than half-balanced

I guess the Necromancer have used Greater Animate Dead, it's a 100% success rate, so as soon as you face one you know it's going to be yours if you win the battle. I guess you knew that already, though.
I've faced some incredible strong Necromancers as well, not sure how they can level so much quicker than other classes. I guess as soon as you have "harbringers of death" they have without doubt the most suitable class for healing and doing many battles without any loss of health.
Are you playing with Strong Defenders? That should slow them down a bit I assume.
Never the less, neither me or Evgendil are playing Necromancers, doesn't suit my style of play.
I guess we can afford to give that information away

What you've said about AD and Theo is:
"Theos and Necros (and druids to some extent) are too strong in general. It’s a fact. Power leveling is possible trough usage of the additional abilities (won’t list them here, as there are too many), have done it myself, have been on the receiving end. Also when doing early battles that extra +6 regeneration is invaluable, and as we know Theos and druids also get first healing skills on lvl 3 (correct me if I am wrong) in addition to regeneration, whereas the Rogues, Dreadnoughts, Sorcerers (not counting spell as a heal), don’t get this kind of bonus. (played tigran rogues quite a few times, had situations when was down to 0x hp for all units, and had to wait 2-3 turns to replenish some of hp, or rush towards the watermelons to get at least some hp back)
Since removing regeneration auras seems like ruining the class gameplay, i’d suggest either to create similar regeneration skills for the mentioned heroes/classes or give them some healing skill, that’d allow for some extra HP regaining."
So is the only issue healing? If it's the only issue, it should be easy to fix. I feel it's an issue too but I would not solve it like that (rather decrease the healing potential of AD and Theo by removing Healing at lvl 9 and 7).
The problem is that no-one else mentioned it as an issue.
Anyway, I see I'm bothering you here so I drop it, but I strongly encourage you to provide more feedback about the mod if you think things are wrong.

I don't want to argue over the issue, but in my opinion current balance fails. And I did leave pretty extensive feedback on what is wrong with theo and AD (WL has different issues). Either way, as it is now - I wouldn't use it.Â
I vote against mod.
I don`t mind to try tournament settings. And I think, resurrection of heroes must never.Â
No-one provided any feedback to boost other classes and there was no constructive input regarding Theo or Druid.

+ look at results on the tournament and more generally on the site: AD and Theo are not dominating.
Just post your preferred settings here, if other then default, and lets just quickly agree on them.
Rules here look pretty standard and straightforward.
If you prefer we can increase the map to Large since we are 4 players.Â
@Hilliadan, I'm against that. Looked through list of "fixes" - currently necro get's nerfed to the point where he is weak in the economy and has no real way to get the strong units either, whereas Theo and druid issues weren't even looked at properly. Other classes get no significant boost (bit better for Dread as he gets engineer boost)
I'll vote against using this mod, but will subside with the majority's vote.
Since it's your game, I don't mind. Default settings is OK, but if you want to try Strong defenders it doesn't make much different. If you want to train for a tournament, feel free to use tournament settings. Far starting distance would be preferred though, as we don't want to rush the game and win/lose in a few rounds!
To encourage scouting/offensive play I usually put rich in resources as well, but those small differences makes little different in a 4 player match. I would say no to very strong defenders if we don't start with a sizeable army.
I'm open to suggestions
