Still it's a long way, it takes about 15 turns for me to reach his core cities taking the underground route while his units near my capital can get back in 5 or 6. I should have pressed more in the middlegame I think, now the gap mobility wise is huge.

Anyway as a tigran druid I have a grand total of zero flying/floating units (well I guess I can win the lottery and summon a Gryphon every now and then..) so the impassable water is a real barrier I cannot cross at all.
Skuns on the other hand is rogue and the only dwelling procucing flying units is on his side of the map. He can easly cross the water with crows, succubi, shadow stalkers and faeries and that's what he constanly did.
The turn before my surrender he captured one of my core cities with a stack of faeries and stalkers, I tried to get it back with three stack of random units (mainly sunguards) and they all got slaughtered without inflicting any damage (which was kinda expected actually)
Yes, I had still lots of units and I could have easily recaptured the city in a couple of turns bringing back one army but it's pretty meaningless at that point as he can simply retreat and camp on impassable water just outside my capital forcing me to keep a huge garrison there just in case.
I, on the other hand, cannot fight back as his units are untouchable, it will just become a 'wait until the critical mass is reached' game I'm not interested to play.
To me, maps with such features are a problem but kudos to skuns for the victory.

I have to inform you that I will be on vacation from 22 till 26 of February. I'll try to play my turns as soon as I can but more likely that I will have no internet connection.Â
I still hope that the devs will be able to somehow tell us if they see something on the server that shows there was an issue on their side but it's unlikely and anyway won't happen before next Monday.
So, what I propose: Fistandantilus now runs in debug mode for this tournament game, which should help if the bug happens again, and you continue like that.
Except if there is an issue of "corruption" of the game file or something specific to the computer/game, it is very unlikely that the bug happens again... so hopefully you'll be able to finish without issue.

Sometimes when I hit 'play' the download doesn't even start (progress bar is stuck at 0%) and I'm pretty sure I can wait hours without it getting anywhere, I just hit cancel and then play again and it downloads in a few seconds.
As far as I know I have no connection issues, I always play my tourneament turns on my home pc and never had a crash either.

1.My upload try to start and stopped at 0%? and it takes some period of time when nothing happens (upload screen yet opened and still 0% of upload). If I press the button "Cancel (upload)", then I am almost certain that I will get Ironman notification in this case. Though may not get it Â
2. My upload was failed and there appears another screen with the message about it. And there is only button "Exit" (on Russian or something like that). When I press this button, I never didn't get yet Ironman notification.Â
So, when I have to choose between 1. X% and 2. 100% non-receiving Ironman notification, obviously I will choose â„–2Â
But here we're just checking if Fistandantilus had connection issues recently because it seems it might be causing the bug with the "notification on 1st load", but I don't think there is anything to do on Fistandantilus' side. It's Triumph who needs to change the way the server deals with connection issues on the client (or server) side so that it does not trigger Ironman notifications...
We're waiting a bit to see if Triumph gives an answer. Another such issue should be reported by Imperium very soon so I hope they say something.

If it was the download - I can't say anything. Even with my poor internet channel my downloads of sessions happens well.  Except in cases when it occurs disconnection from the server :'( But it happens before I'm trying to download any session
If it was the upload then I have faced with similar problem.Â

And you cancel this screen before the message about upload failure will appear? I've got Ironman notification in such situation couple of times (I didn't wait the results of the upload). And now, when it seems the upload will fail, I have to wait :'( for some period of time for the message about the upload failure Â
P.S. Also maybe you should check your ports of the PC (open/close) for AoW3-servers? Is it possible that some ports may closed recently (after some PC changes, software installation, etc.)?
Debug mode is pretty simple and does not really change anything (except for 2 mods, I don't know why, the Hero Profession and Racial Heritage, which do not allow to run in debug mode if you want to play a PBEM game with other people not on debug mode). You just activate it in "Miscellaneous" in the launch window.
No known internet issues, althoug sometimes the download halts at 0 and I have to cancel it and restart over. I'm pretty sure it didn't happen when it gave me the IM warning tho.
You want me to continue playing in debug mode? I'll have to learn  how to do that.

But you are so lucky again   Good defensive position.  And you've almost lost  your leader in the battle for mystical site at UG (near the cavern to the surface), but you didn't   The succubus had pity on your leader  Â
Could you please always run in debug mode when you play this game now?
Do you remember when you try to download the turn and when it was ready? And I guess you are playing on the same computer as usual? You didn't have connection (wifi?) issue recently?
I'm sorry, I'd rather let skuns the win and play his rematch against gab at this point as I have no idea what causes it and how to prevent it from happening again.
We're at turn 30 I won't say it's that early..
It's the 2nd time it happens to you, right? The 1st time was on the 2nd round of the Team Tournament but in the end, no "reload" was notified to your opponent by the game server? Because I think I forgot to delete the warning in our summary table, as actually the server said no reload happened.
Decision for this time (after discussion with Markymark): 1 warning for reload not justified by adequate proof. First time it happens on the Duel tournament, you can continue. Skuns, let us know if any issue.

I guess you were not running in debug mode?
I send a PM to Markymark, I'll report the issue to the devs too (each occurrence of this bug must be reported if we want them to take it seriously).

As for me, I'm ok do not pay attention for it  As you can remember, in our previous match I got Ironman notification too  But then I had an App-game crash and couldn't do anything to avoid Ironman
Was I too quick? Dunno but this thing pisses me off to no end, plese remove the timer until Hiliadan tell us what to do, tx.
