Spiel #1220 | Jean Vs Refineus

I believe this game was peaking around turn 8-9 and I had a so-so start, then I start to find no mana to support my summons and magic. With only one mana node in the domain and lots of spawners and crazy amount lucky Halflings in every site, it became little sluggish economic. I could not expand so well and I accidentally expected Jean to come a little bit later than typical turn 12-13. It became a little disastrous game. I feel that I had better luck with even Necromancer in previous games than Sorcerer.

With 4 different spawners closeby and very tedious map layout surrounded by the small islands where all the goodies where it struggling.

Then two crows managed to snatch two cities which were essentially a strike towards the Tigrans hope of climbing further into the game. 

Even I had not gone for the Tropical heart and the small ruins on the little tiny island I would have not been able to defend it with 1 and a half stack of apprentice/Sun guards and mystics. The vigilant Halfling already had 4 stacks, a Naga dwelling and Dragon Dwelling which essentially was game over. But no quitting here doh.

Jean challenged me so up for a game.
