Very strong played from our Opponent. Had a weak start, esp. from blackcat, lost early his hero.
Got 5-6 Indies stacks and lost all cities and many Units. Than i got stronger, i was rushed.
Was hard battle, but had no Chance.

Please click here to read the rules.

In order to avoid advantaging one team or the other, for each match, the team who will host the match was randomly selected. The first team in the "turn order" above (who is also the team on top in the tree here: index.php?page=tourneyroster&tourneyid=5) must host the game.

Any of the players in the team can host. The host must play in #2 position in the turn order (please check rule 2 for more details).

Hey,

I still subscribe to the thread on triumph forum, so I saw the message and similarities from my "ironman message" in previous tournament game.
Was you also already in game, and just finished a turn from another game when you clicked on your tournament game? If so, probably worth to mention it, my thinking is that it confuses the triumph server/game details when you quickly switch from one game to another.

Ok so after consultation with Fistandantilus, we decided to do the same as we did for other similar cases and give 1 warning for reload without adequate proof to Mr. Hawk. Sorry about that because it's probably a rare bug which caused the reload but unfortunately, it is not possible to prove it. The bug is very unlikely to reproduce so that should not be an issue.
And hopefully in parallel Triumph can work on that bug thanks to your logs.

So you can play your turn and continue.

Guys, I didn't even receive Blackcat's new class/race (or I missed it?) and you have already restarted and gotten an Ironman notification. oO You're fast!

So Mr. Hawk, please wait a bit, I need to ask to Fistandantilus. Yes, please launch AoW3 in debug mod, get the Ironman notification, click on "No" (not to load the turn) and send the log to Triumph and post here to tell them the issue is still ongoing: http://aow.triumph.net/forums... Ironmode
I just received the first round and ironmode warns me to restart error. I have not opened the turn, do you want to try a revert it or I play normally or with debug mode?

So... Blackcat changed his initial class/race choice when joining but unfortunately, the new class/race he chose is one used by his team during round 1 as stated in rule 5. "A team cannot play the same class or race that it played in its latest match." and explained "For example, if your team played Human Theocrat and Warlord Frostling in your last match, for your next match, you cannot be Human, Frostling, Theocrat or Warlord (all the 4 are forbidden)."

Blackcat thus has to send me the new class/race that follows rule 5 and you have to restart. Blackcat gets a warning for incorrect class/race.

Sorry about that and sorry for Blackcat, I know it was not voluntary but it was not a very good idea to change class/race just before joining the game...
